Hi, I am Anita Mosteller.
I am a photographer based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
My passion began with my first Kodak Instamatic camera years ago with the square flash cube on top. And I was hooked from then on.
My children and grandchildren share in that passion as I always have my camera at every family function and subject them to taking endless photographs.
I began my professional journey in 2012 when I purchased my first Nikon DSLR camera. I began with scenic photography, capturing sunrises, sunsets, full moon rises. I would capture anything that caught my interest. While I only sold some prints at the time, I was intent on providing people with something pleasing to look at.
I gradually moved into portrait photography by 2014. Living at the beach, most of my portraits are captured on the beach. Beach portraits are a favorite for me. I can be out where the surf hits the sand, barefoot, enjoying the beach while also providing a service so many visitors seek.
I am honored to give you and your family a physical memory of your vacation spent in this wonderful place I call home.
I want to tell a story, whether its a proposal session, where a couple in love is just starting their journey together, or a wedding when they seal that commitment to each, to a maternity session where they begin expanding their love into a family, and a newborn session welcoming that addition to the family, growing into a family session celebrating time spent together at the beach and then celebrating with a high school senior session when the family starts to spread their wings and take off into the world where it all starts again.
Though photography is my business, it is also my hobby. I still find time to get out and explore and shoot for fun.
